i dont think u should the blue berry on top of the muffin because ti will stop the muffin from rising well, but they look so good, genius

Those muffins looked fantastic! I am gonna def try them out tomoz on my day off. My boyf is not vegan but he loves my vegan cooking! Am worried i might make him fat, lol!

Spelt is soo good, I love spelt flour and always use it. Have you even tried it? Imo it tastes even better than wheat, and it’s healthier.
